This is where it starts. Once we receive this completed form (see below) we facilitate all steps for the contractor to begin to earn money from his retainage. It's simple...we do all the work, you earn all the money. After all, why should the owner keep your retainage AND earn the interest from it?

Each time a contractor is awarded a contract, they complete this form to begin earning interest on the retainage.
